  【Job Summary】
  This company is a well-established Japanese trading enterprise specializing in high-quality industrial materials and machinery for the manufacturing sector. With over 15 years of presence in Vietnam, they provide essential supplies and maintenance services to support the productivity of various factories.
  
  The Technical Staff will be responsible for field-based support, focusing on product maintenance and customer relationship management at factory sites. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a technical background who enjoys hands-on work and direct interaction with clients.
  
  We are looking for someone who can analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Visit existing and new customers directly to provide technical support and care.
  -Monitor and maintain the status of coolant and other industrial products at customer factories.
  -Conduct product trials and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
  -Perform equipment inspection and coordinate repair work with outsourcing partners.
  -Analyze technical inspection results and prepare accurate reports for management and clients.
  -Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users (factory operators) to expand business.
  -Identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions or products.
  -Procure necessary materials and tools required for site work and projects.
  -Supervise work staff and arrange schedules to meet service quality standards.
  -Other related tasks as assigned by the Manager or Vice Director.
