  【Job Summary】
  We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control / Quality Assurance (QC/QA) Staff member to join our operations team in Vietnam. This position plays a critical role in ensuring product quality standards are consistently met and continuously improved across our supplier manufacturing facilities.
  
  In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of quality-related activities within partner factories. You will work closely with suppliers, production teams, and internal stakeholders to monitor product quality, identify defects, analyze root causes, and support the implementation of preventive measures. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall reliability of our manufacturing processes.
  
  【Main responsibilities】
  -Conduct shipment inspections at supplier manufacturing factories.
  -Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
  -Classify defective products and support root cause analysis.
  -Assist in developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  -Collaborate with production teams and related departments to resolve quality issues.
  -Coordinate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  -Prepare and submit reports to management in Japanese, English, or Chinese.
  -Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product qualit.
  -Other related tasks as assigned by the management to support the business expansion.
