  <Job Summary>
  - Join a globally recognized Japanese logistics and plant engineering company as a key site manager and future department head.
  - This strategic role is part of our "Localization Project," aimed at transferring critical management responsibilities from Japanese expatriates to highly skilled local leaders.
  - You will oversee high-stakes operations involving the handling of heavy equipment (25t-60t) in a dynamic environment where safety and precision are paramount.
  - This position offers the opportunity to master high-quality Japanese management standards while leading a team and building trust with major global steel manufacturers.
  - We are looking for a dedicated leader who can bridge the gap between field operations and strategic management to drive the company’s growth in Vietnam.
  
  <Job description (details)>
  - Establish and enforce rigorous safety management systems at the site.
  - Supervise and instruct heavy-duty cargo handling (coils, pipes, etc.) to prevent any accidents.
  - Develop, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for site workers.
  - Conduct root cause analysis for any incidents and formulate effective recurrence prevention plans.
  - Communicate and negotiate logically with the client’s Vietnamese management team.
  - Manage monthly Profit and Loss (P&L), including cost aggregation and analysis.
  - Monitor progress against budgets and develop recovery plans if targets are not met.
  - Oversee labor management, including attendance, recruitment follow-up, and retention of site workers.
  - Ensure strict compliance with company policies and prevent any unethical practices or kickbacks.
  - Report progress and coordinate closely with the Japanese General Manager.
