    【Job Summary】
    We are looking for a strategic and insight-driven IMC Planner / Strategic Planner to join the Marketing team of a growing FMCG company in Vietnam. This role is responsible for developing integrated marketing communication strategies that strengthen brand positioning and drive business growth. The IMC Planner will analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and business objectives to build effective communication strategies and integrated campaigns across Paid, Owned, and Earned media channels. Working closely with creative, media, and performance teams, the planner will translate insights into clear campaign directions, communication frameworks, and impactful marketing initiatives. This role also involves evaluating campaign performance, identifying key insights from data, and continuously optimizing communication strategies to improve brand impact and marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate has strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver consistent brand messaging across both online and offline channels.

    -Analyze business goals, market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
    -Develop IMC strategies, communication frameworks, and campaign big ideas.
    -Plan integrated campaigns across Paid, Owned, and Earned media channels.
    -Define key messages, content direction, and channel strategies.
    -Ensure consistent brand communication across online and offline touchpoints.
    -Research & Insights.
    -Conduct market research, social listening, and consumer analysis.
    -Analyze marketing data and past campaign performance.
    -Translate insights into strategic recommendations.
    -Prepare periodic reports on marketing effectiveness.
    -Cross-Functional Collaboration.
    -Work closely with Creative, Media, and Performance teams to execute campaigns.
    -Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign planning.
    -Monitor campaign progress and ensure alignment with strategic direction.
    -Performance Tracking & Optimization.
    -Track Brand KPIs and campaign performance metrics.
    -Measure multi-channel campaign effectiveness.
    -Identify improvement opportunities and recommend optimization strategies.

  • Yêu cầu

    【Must】
    -At least 3 years of experience in Strategic Planning, IMC Planning, or Marketing Strategy.
    -Experience developing or executing integrated marketing campaigns in FMCG, Retail industry.
    -Experience working at Digital Marketing Agencies or Creative Agencies.
    -Speak English(Conversational Level)

    【Preferred skills】
    -Strong understanding of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC).
    -Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and consumer insights.
    -Familiarity with digital marketing channels including:
    ・Social Media, Search Marketing, Display Advertising, Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing.
    -Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    -Ability to translate data into strategic marketing insights.
    -Excellent presentation, storytelling, and persuasion skills.
    -Strong project management and multitasking ability.
    -Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
