  【Job Summary】
  Seeking motivated and detail-oriented Design and Construction Support Engineers to join our growing team.
  This position is ideal for candidates with an academic background in civil engineering or construction who are looking to develop their technical expertise within a Japanese-affiliated engineering environment.
  
  In this role, you will provide technical support services for Japanese clients in the fields of civil engineering and construction. Your responsibilities will include assisting with drawing preparation, quantity take-offs, documentation support, design drafting, structural analysis, and BIM/CIM modeling. Depending on your level of experience, you will be appointed as Junior, Senior, or Chief level engineer.
  
  This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on Japanese construction projects while building long-term career development within a stable and reputable Japanese company. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure accurate documentation and technical deliverables that meet Japanese quality standards.

  【Responsibilities】
  -You will be responsible for supporting Japanese clients in civil engineering and construction projects.
  -Support preparation of construction drawings for project sites.
  -Quantity take-off and preparation of quantity calculation documents.
  -Support preparation of construction site documentation (construction plans, site organization documents, etc.)
  Support design drawing preparation.
  -Conduct engineering analysis and technical studies (e.g., temperature stress analysis, slope stability analysis)
  -Create BIM/CIM models.
  -Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
  -Other related tasks.
