  【Job Summary】
  As a partner to the Japanese manager, this is a core position to grow a new HR consulting business. Rather than just doing research, coordination, and interpreting based on instructions, your role is to take the business from "1 to 10" by making your own ideas, testing them, and making the business profitable.
  
  You will spend about 60% of your time growing the new business and about 40% on planning our company's organization strategy. What you learn from planning and running the organization strategy will directly help improve our services.
  
  You will not only make business plans, but also lead the whole process from market research, idea testing, and plan execution to setting up the business model and making a profit.
  
  
  【Job description】
  ①Business strategy planning and idea testing
  -Strategy design: Analyzing market trends and customer needs, defining target clients, and creating and testing ideas for services
  -Sales design and execution: Getting leads, making proposal materials and sales scripts, and leading talks to close deals
  -Improvement cycle: Collecting customer feedback and improving services (working with our PMO)
  
  ②Coordination with partner company (management consulting firm)
  -Setting shared goals (KPIs) for the partnership, and managing daily tasks and progress
  -Checking information from the partner company and sharing feedback for our strategy
  -Acting as a smooth contact person to bridge cultural gaps and prevent communication problems
  
  ③Organization strategy design and updates
  -Designing, updating, and using evaluation and KPI systems
  -Running the evaluation cycle and helping managers understand it
  -Setting up internal rules and HR policies, and making sure labor laws are followed
  -Using what we practice in our company as real examples and methods for our services
  -Other related tasks
