    【Job Summary】
    You will act as a bridge between Japan, Korea, and Vietnam, facilitating communication and coordinating requirements, development, and testing across teams.

    【Job Details】
    ‐ Understand and organize requirements, specifications, and background information shared by the Korea team.
    - Translate and explain development requests from Japan and Korea to the Vietnam development team
    - Break down development tasks, adjust priorities, and manage schedules
    - Handle Q&A during development and resolve misunderstandings
    - Direct and support the Vietnam development team
    - Assist with onboarding of new team members
    - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.

  • Yêu cầu

    ＜Must＞
    - Bachelor's degree in IT major.
    - Japanese: N2 advanced level.
    - No job hopper.(At least 3 years in each companies.)
    - Ability to accurately understand and explain requirements, specifications, and context
    - Experience in offshore development or working with multinational teams
    - Strong ability to organize requirements and communicate them logically
    - Basic IT literacy, including:
    + Understanding of how web services work
    + Knowledge of APIs, databases, and frontend/backend roles (with emphasis on backend)
    + Familiarity with development-related terminology

    ＜Prefer＞
    - Hands-on experience as a Bridge SE
    - Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
    + Web service development (Ruby, PHP, JavaScript)
    + Database design and SQL
    - Experience with Agile/Scrum development
    - Project management and progress control experience
    - Domain knowledge in attendance management and payroll systems
    - Work experience in Japan or experience handling projects for Japanese companies
