  【Job Summary】
  We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Engineer (Supervisor) HVAC Systems to support the installation, supervision, coordination, and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems at a large-scale manufacturing facility in Vietnam. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that HVAC systems are designed, installed, and operated efficiently to meet industrial standards, safety requirements, and client expectations within a factory environment.
  
  The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site HVAC construction and installation works, coordinating with internal engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients, and ensuring that all activities are executed according to technical drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. The role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems used in industrial and factory settings, including chilled water systems, split and packaged units, ventilation, exhaust, and air handling systems.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems within a factory or industrial facility.
  -Ensure HVAC works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and safety regulations.
  -Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, technicians, and internal engineering teams.
  -Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
  -Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and propose practical technical solutions.
  -Prepare and review technical documents, method statements, and work reports.
  -Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems after installation.
  -Communicate effectively with factory management and client representatives regarding technical matters.
  -Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and quotations for HVAC works and modifications.
  -Participate in technical meetings and support basic sales or business development activities.
  -Identify potential additional works or improvement opportunities and report them to management.
  -Maintain proper site documentation, including progress reports and as-built drawings.
  -Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
