日系大手商社にて、はんだ付け装置を担当するセールスエンジニアを募集しております。
本ポジションは、エンジニア業務を主軸としながら、技術的な観点から顧客ニーズを把握し、最適なソリューションを提案する役割を担っていただきます。具体的には、装置の技術サポートや立ち上げ支援、トラブルシューティングなどのエンジニア業務を行い、その過程で顧客の課題や要望を引き出し、提案につなげる点が営業要素となります。営業職のようなテレアポによる新規開拓などの業務ではなく、技術力を活かした提案型のポジションです。
【業務詳細】
・はんだ付け装置の設置および調整
・はんだ付け装置に関連するパーツの交換作業
・定期メンテナンス業務
・不具合発生時のトラブルシューティング対応
・取引先エンジニアへの操作・技術トレーニングの実施
・技術提案資料およびマニュアルの作成
・セールス業務
・顧客からの引き合い対応
・顧客ニーズのヒアリングおよび技術提案
・導入後の顧客に対する技術的フォローアップ
・その他、業務に付随ずる関連業務全般
