    【Job summary 】
    Seeking a CNC Machine Tool Sales Engineer to join our team and drive sales of CNC machining solutions throughout Vietnam. This role is ideal for an energetic, technically proficient sales professional with a passion for engineering excellence and customer-centric solutions. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with clients, understanding their machining requirements, and positioning our precision CNC machine tools as the optimal solution to enhance their productivity and competitive edge.

    The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid technical understanding of CNC machine tools or manufacturing processes, and a consultative sales approach. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge industrial equipment and contribute to the company’s growth in a dynamic, developing market.

    【Responsibilities】
    -Achieve Sales Targets: Drive and achieve sales targets for CNC machine tools within assigned territories.
    -Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in manufacturing, automotive, electronics, and other industrial sectors.
    -Technical Consultations: Understand customer manufacturing challenges and technical requirements; provide expert product presentations, demonstrations, and tailored sales proposals.
    -Solution Selling: Recommend appropriate CNC machine tool configurations, accessories, and automation options based on customer needs.
    -Sales Cycle Management: Manage all phases of the sales process — from lead generation, quoting, negotiation, to order closure and after-sales follow-up.
    -Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscape, customer trends, and industry developments to inform sales strategy and product positioning.
    -Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with service, technical support, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of installations, training, commissioning, and customer satisfaction.
    -Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
    -Other related tasks.

    -Bachelor's degree.
    -At least 3 years experince as a sales engineer in a Japanese company.
    -Sales experience in CNC machine tools.
    -Japanese N2(Intermediate level)
    -English (Conversational Level)
    -Someone who is flexible and able to a business trip.
