    1. General management for NPI (New Product Introduction) phase build development
    2. Work with other departments for production running.
    3. Summary report and direct conference meeting with customer
    4. Making statistical analysis by using JMP or Minitab
    5. Understand TDM, FMEA, PCN, Capacity, Yield
    6. Understand process technology and optimization process.
    7. Make documents related to getting approval from the customer.
    8. RMA solve and 8D report provided to the customer

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    {MUST}
    - Graduated from University with major Electronics, Semiconductors, Process Engineer, Automation Engineer, Electronics and Telecommunication or related majors.
    - English: Strong Intermediate level
    - More than 5 years of experience as NPI Engineer for Semiconductors products.
    - Understand TDM (Time Division Multiplexing) , FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), PCN (Process Control Network), Capacity, Yield
    - Experience in using JMP or Minitab
    - Familiar with the relative basic production procedure failure
    - Experience with the stabilizing process of assembly
    - Team collaboration, effective communication, and presentation skills
    - Good in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
