  【Job Summary】
  - Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and bidding documents; coordinate with design and suppliers for pricing and cost optimization; manage contracts and records; and support work both in office and on-site.
  
  【Main responsibilities】
  - Measure the volume from sketches, preliminary designs, bidding documents and check the volume.
  - Coordinate with the Design department to prepare BOQ and project cost estimates.
  - Prepare and submit bidding documents as required.
  - Build and update cost databases and related professional documents.
  - Contact suppliers and subcontractors to get quotes and create cost comparison tables.
  - Perform Value Engineering, create cost optimization reports (VE-CD).
  - Manage and store contract and commercial records in a complete, scientific and easy-to-reference manner.
  - Work at the office or construction site as assigned.
