  【Job Summary】
  We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join a foreign‐invested company with a focus on the wholesale of durable household products, including backpack manufacturing .
  As a QA Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role across quality assurance, quality control, specification review, and production oversight ensuring that our products consistently meet both customer expectations and regulatory standards.
  You will review product specifications, monitor manufacturing processes, manage quality control initiatives, and coordinate with production teams to maintain high standards from raw materials to finished goods.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Review and interpret product requirement documents, technical specifications, and quality standards for backpack manufacturing.
  -Create, update, and ensure compliance with quality control procedures, inspection plans, and sampling protocols.
  -Conduct in-process and final inspections, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions to address non-conformities.
  -Collaborate closely with manufacturing and production teams to oversee workflow and maintain production standards.
  -Monitor key quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, process capability) and report performance trends to management.
  -Facilitate root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives with headerquaetr in Japanese.
  -Coordinate with external auditors or clients for quality assessments and factory inspections as needed.
  -Deliver regular updates and reports on quality performance to management and stakeholders.
