  【Job Summary】
  As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and reliable operation of our food production lines.
  You will lead a small team responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Plant Manager or Maintenance Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional efforts to minimize downtime, ensure food safety compliance, and uphold production quality.

  -Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient shift coverage and skill development.
  -Oversee both preventive and reactive maintenance for production machinery, mixers, conveyors, ovens, and packaging equipment.
  -Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults promptly, coordinating with vendors or internal teams for repairs.
  -Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to optimize equipment uptime and reliability.
  -Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and QA/QC teams to adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
  -Maintain accurate maintenance records—logs of service, repairs, and spare parts.
  -Lead continuous improvement projects—such as reducing breakdown frequency, increasing energy efficiency, or improving cleaning protocols.
  -Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure timely availability of critical components.
  -Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance across maintenance activities, conducting safety audits and training sessions.
