  We are seeking a Quality Control (QC) Staff to join our dynamic team.
  This pivotal role ensures that all products meet the high-quality standards inherited from our Japanese manufacturing practices. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with production, design, and management teams to maintain impeccable product quality, drive continuous improvements, and uphold environmental and safety compliance.

  -Conduct incoming material inspections, in-line production checks, and final product quality assessments.
  -Perform dimensional measurements, coating thickness evaluations, and visual defect analyses.
  -Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues, facilitating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  -Maintain and analyze quality records, including inspection reports and non-conformance documentation.
  -Assist in quality audits and uphold environmental and safety standards, particularly in areas such as wastewater treatment and chemical handling.
  -Support efforts in process improvement, standardization of inspection procedures, and development of inspection tools and checklists.
  -Provide training and guidance on quality protocols to junior staff or new hires as needed.
