    【Job Description】
    - Preparation of the detail shop drawing from the design drawing.
    - Drawing while understanding materials and construction methods in interior design
    - Making concept design (Office / Restaurant / Clinic / Residence / Villa)
    - Checking shop drawing from sub-contractor
    - Coordinate with the relevant departments of design, QS & Construction team for preparation of shop-drawings submissions for approval including the related details of the civil part and the M&E parts
    - Ensure that all shop drawings must be done with constructability to the standards, be practical, easy to understand, able to meet Clients expectations, and have good profitability for the Company
    - The other tasks assigned by the Manager.

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    - Bachelor’s degree in civil and/or Architectural Engineering.
    - English : Intermediate level
    - At least 4 years of experience in concept design / shop-drawing deployment at
    construction site;
    - Site management skills
    - High proficiency in AutoCAD / SketchUp / 3Ds MAX / Photoshop / Illustrator / Microsoft Office
    - Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently.
    - Required to be resourceful, pay attention to details, and have good communication skills

    - Site Lunch Allowance: VND 30,000/day (for full-time site work, 8 hours/day).
    - Mobile Phone Allowance: Up to VND 500,000/month if working at site (paid based on actual monthly bill, capped at VND 500,000; prorated if working at site for less than a full month).
    - Transportation Allowance: VND 500,000/month.
    - Business Trip Allowance:
    Over 50 km: VND 4,000,000/month.
    Under 50 km: VND 2,000,000/month
