  Responsible for Service Engineer.
  
  【Job description (details)】
  - Support modification and installation of industrial machinery (e.g., plating equipment).
  - Work closely with Japanese engineers and head office to ensure proper function and quality.
  - Join on-site installation projects (approx. 7 days/month), including up to 1 month of on-site support during new equipment introduction.
  - Handle cost-effective repair and maintenance, aiming to reduce breakdown frequency and maintenance costs.
  - Ensure equipment breakdowns are resolved efficiently and at the earliest possible timing.
  - Visit and follow up with existing customers in northern Vietnam.
  - Create and manage reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
