    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for Production Control tasks.

    【Job description】
    - Management Policy Planning/Execution, Overseeing Production/ Management/Materials, Labor Management
    Management
    - Responsibility for setting up Production Management Department
    - Practical testing of ERP system (using McFrame) and leading internal implementation
    - Development of department regulations/production management/materials processes
    - Skill development, performance evaluation, staff management and training for team

    [Preparation of factory cost and cost structure and cost control ]
    - Production and shipping plan management
    - Point of contact with Japan headquarters
    - Preparation and execution of production and shipping plans
    - QCD management (quality, cost, delivery)

    [Materials and logistics management *Including outsourcing management ]
    - Point of contact with outsourcing partners
    - Process development for materials operations
    - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate level.
    - At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position or above in a production control department of an electronics production plant
    - At least 5 years of experience in practical responsibility for production management/materials management in an electronics production plant
    - Experience in general production management and QCD management (quality, cost, delivery)
    - Experience using McFrame system in a production plant.
    - No job hopper(At least 2 years in each company.)

    <PREFER>
    - Experience in factory start-up
    - Expertise in inventory control, procurement, and logistics
    - Expertise in cost control and budgeting
    - Experience in trade in manufacturing or logistics industry
    - Experience in materials management for electronic or mechanical components
    - Experience in customs or logistics industry
