  【Job Description】
  - Lead the full software development cycle - from requirements gathering, design, development, and testing to deployment and maintenance.
  - Manage and mentor a team of engineers and designers, fostering skill growth and performance improvement.
  - Implement and improve development processes, including Agile methodologies.
  - Oversee project progress, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
  - Coordinate with construction industry clients and in-house design teams.
  - Provide technical support and reviews for BIM/CIM modeling and 5D quantity takeoff solutions.
  - Research and integrate emerging technologies such as VR, AR, cloud services, and SaaS platforms
