    【Job description】
    - Design of Interior and furniture (by Auto CAD, JW CAD, etc) and Construction
    - Write technical specifications and ensure that all components comply with relevant standards, building codes, and regulations.
    - Perform load calculations for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to determine system sizes and capacities.
    - Produce comprehensive and accurate technical drawings, schematics, and plans for MEP systems using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
    - Create detailed designs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring they meet the project requirements and applicable codes and standards.
    - The other tasks assigned by the JP manager.

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    - Having more than 3 years of experience designing and drawing equipment (MEP) by using AUTO CAD.
    - Understand floor plans, development drawings, and detailed drawings in interior construction.
    - Enthusiastic, energetic, and responsible.
    - Sociable, good teamwork.

    <Prefer>
    - Know how to read + speak English or Japanese (No degree required)
