One of our clients, which provides Plant business, is now looking for Process Engineer Leader.【Job detail】- Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers. - Manage the results of process engineers' work. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and project managers to ensure alignment and effective communication. - Development: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and advance technology in water and wastewater treatment systems.- Responsible for detailed design, including piping route planning, skid design, and equipment design, based on thte group’s basic plan and design. - Understand specification sheets, P&ID, layouts, related process documents, structure drawings, and piping design. - Work as a process designer, supporting mechanical design, managing P3D, and developing modern engineering solutions. - Create P&ID using Plant3D and engineering data under senior guidance, and prepare RFQs. - Prepare equipment selection calculations, design strength calculations, design specifications, line codes and specs, and piping pressure loss calculations. - Create layouts under senior guidance. - Provide instructions for outsourcing tasks. - Create technical documents and suggestions for standardization and improving work efficiency. - Perform other related tasks as assigned.【Attractive points】- This company is one of Japan's most famous water treatment plant company.- This company has branches all over the world.- You can get a raise and promotion early in your career.
