<Responsibilities>
You will be in charge of Brand Merketing Manager
Develop and execute brand strategies. Plan and manage new product launches. Manage and operate the team structure.

Home care products (detergents, air fresheners, etc.).
<Job Details>
- Create short, mid, and long-term brand marketing strategies.
- Develop training materials for the department and sales teams.
- Analyze data to propose market strategies and product improvements.
- Other tasks assigned by manager

<Must>
- Can use English Intermediate Level or Japanese: N2 Intermediate level for communicate with Japanese Vice GD and GD
- Graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing
- At least 2 years in a brand management role.
- Experience working in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Such as food, beverages, toiletries, and household goods.
<Prefer>
- Experience in working in global big company
