  - Foreign language: Good communication in English or Korean
  - Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the distribution market (LV components) and manage 2nd dealer or electrical shops

  + Have experience or familiar with electrical equipment market.
  + Attention to detail, proactive, ability to work in a cooperative and team-oriented environment.
  + Willingness to absorb new knowledge and technologies.
  + Strong ability to analyze and solve problems.
  + Eager to make new relationships and comfortable with meeting new people
  + Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and dealers.
