    - Develop company policies and make decisions under the direction of the General Manager or Plant Manager
    - Manage and direct the implementation of tasks within the department in charge
    - Supervise the department and provide guidance and training to staff within the department, and coordinate the selection and evaluation of personnel within the department and organization
    - Improve communication between departments, try to prevent disruptions to company operations, and provide advice and tips to relevant departments
    - Manage the production engineering department and the new technical design and development department
    - Implement other tasks according to the company's motto and policies
    - Report directly to the General Director and Factory Director

    - Good communication in Japanese (N3 level up)
    - More than 5 years in Management, experience in manufacturing company, over 1.000 employee

    - Good operating and organizing skills.
