    - At least 3 years in Customer Quality Engineer
    - Experience working in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical manufacturing plants
    - Ability to chair meetings, solve problems, 8D, N7Q7, Lean six sigma...
    - TOEIC 600 or higher
    - Japanese N2 (Communication Japanese + Report Making)
