【Job Summary】
Responsible for working as a Shift Leader

【Job description(details)】
- Carry out technical tasks in the assigned shift.
- Assign tasks and monitor each employee on duty.
- Understand the content and compliance with the documents that have been prepared for each project (such as standard operating procedures, overall maintenance plan, ...) and forms (such as reports, inspection, check list, ...) and must regularly perform appropriate checks and confirmations in accordance with the purpose of safety in maintenance systems and equipment.
- Take note the completion task following regulations and report line manager.
- Instruct, consult and support the work of technical staff.
- Record inquiries, feedback from Residents, Tenants, Customers and deal promptly if possible.
- Check and operate all machinery and equipment on duty such as: generator (including control panel), light system, air conditioner, fire protection, BMS system, office equipment and assets including the Company's camera system and ensure all these devices are always in good working condition.
- Ensure the accuracy of electricity, water consumption recording daily for the building and monthly for tenants, report every week and aggregate monthly about technical department to Property Manager.
- Deal with the emergency case following instructions of the chief engineer, on behalf of the chief engineer, the deputy chief engineer to deal with the emergency case.
- Coordinate, support and supervise the work of contractors in project.
- Other duties as assigned by Managaer.
