  - Measure, analyze and evaluate defective products (including products with process problems and returned products)
  - Control internal specifications, bonded sample sheet and product evaluation standards according to Customer's standards
  - Analyze and report SPC data for special feature items according to Customer requirements
  - Communication window between factory and customer: Quality meeting, reciprocal verification, information exchange with customers.

  - Set and control departmental/team KPIs based on job function
