    ★ Responsibility
    - Responsible for coordinating with clients and subcontractors related to the site in charge
    - Management of safety, construction schedule, and quality of construction work
    ★ Job details
    - General construction management: process creation and management, safety plan creation and management, quality control plan creation and management, budget creation and management
    - Mechanical equipment (air conditioning, sanitation, fire extinguishing, various UTY) or electrical equipment (high voltage and low voltage)
    - Air conditioning (system design, air conditioning load calculation, equipment selection, static pressure and head calculation, duct and piping design, etc.)
    - Electricity (system design, receiving and transforming capacity calculation, receiving and transforming power transmission panel design, cable size, breaker size selection, etc.)

  • Yêu cầu

    <MUST>
    - Graduated from University with major in electrical/mechanical field
    - Language：English (intermediate level)
    - More than 10 years’ experience in the field related to Electrical /mechanical
    - Experience of on-site manager work: 5 years or more
    - Design skills : Facilities (especially Air conditioning or Electrical)
    ※Air conditioning (system design, air conditioning load calculation, equipment selection, static pressure and lift calculation, duct and piping design, etc.)
    　※Electrical (system design, receiving and transforming capacity calculation, receiving and transforming power transmission panel design, cable size, breaker size selection, etc.)

    ＜Prefer＞
    - Construction management skills: process creation and management, safety plan creation and management, quality control plan creation and management, budget creation and control
    - CAD (AUTO CAD, Tfas, Revit, CADEWA, Rebro, etc. if possible)
