    - Support OS Implementation
    - Support APQP
    - LE and OEE Improvement.
    - Prototypes developments
    - Lean Manufacturing.
    - Responsible for Capacity adjustment as per volume fluctuations (In CC/LP/FA).
    - Preparing of Budget
    - PFMEA, VSM and Process Change Management
    - Project Management
    - Control of spares, tools & accessories
    - Support Internal Control
    - Knowledge of TPM/PM
    - Knowledge of Operation and Maintenance of CNC/NC/PLC machines, Pneumatic Machines and SPM.
    - Knowledge of ROB, ATBU, Holders.
    - Knowledge of Board Building (Pack board, Master Board, Duplicate Board, Tooling)
    - Manpower handling and shift planning.
    - Facility and Utilities Management
    - Liasioning with concerned Government Agencies
    - Implement ISO 14001/TS 16949/ISO 45001
    - Plant Maintenance
    - Coordinating current projects
    - Health & Safety
    - Assets Control
    - Tracking of Budget - Capex, Repair and Maintenance, Power and Fuel, etc.
    - Validation of Dies. Tooling selection.
    - Good Exposure of ERPs like SAP, Oracle, MFG PRO

  • Yêu cầu

    {MUST}
    - BE / B-tech in Electrical / Mechanical
    - At least 15-20 years of experience in IE, Plant Maintenance, Utility, Dies/Tools ,Greenfield & Brownfield Projects
    - At least 5 -7 years experience as Manufacturing Engineer Manager
    - English: Upper-Intermedicdate level.
    - Good at Microsoft office
    - Having deep experience about ISO 14001, TS 16949, ISO 45001
    - Willing to work under pressure.

    - Having experience in wiring harness product.
