  - Translate the instructions of the Japanese Manager & Director to other Department Managers.
  - Translating meetings, the exchange of ideas on the content of each department with the participation of the Japanese Manager.
  - Translate meetings with partners in Japanese and English.
  - Translate documents, contracts, documents (English, Japanese, Vietnamese) legal documents as required.
  - Track the progress of some projects that your direct Japanese Manager undertakes.
  - Follow the instructions: search for information, synthesize information, report results, make recommendations to your direct Japanese manager
  - Translate VAT, CIT, PIT reports, monthly financial statements from internal accountants.
  - Support superiors in data collection.
  - Other admin tasks at the request and direction from the Administration and Accounting Manager.
  - Coordinate vehicle arrangement for Japanese managers in the company. Booking rooms, hotels, managing work schedules of Japanese in the company.
