    ★Responsibility
    - Responsible for planning and Implement marketing activities based on customer targets, and business (Distribution, Project, New Business)
    - Increase Hikvision Brand coverage on CCTV Fb Group; (distribution customers group)
    ★Job detail
    ** Marketing Executive (50%)
    - Promoting brand awareness, products, and solutions through digital marketing efforts (Social platforms, EDM, Website, PR,…).
    - Manage and improve the quality of marketing material production (partners, suppliers)
    - Event Marketing: support in planning, preparing for events (POP, Gifts, marketing materials; collecting data and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities.
    - Support Hik-Rewards (Customers Loyalty program)
    ** Marketing communication and Partnership: (30%)
    - Support in maintaining and strengthening relationships with platinum and Diamond MDs through the MKT campaigns.
    - Work closely with the Sale to implement MKT plans to help to increase the Hikvision brand and market share.
    - Support project sales to protect the project product price.
    **Hilook Marketing (15%):
    - Increase Hilook Brand Awareness both digital and traditional channels.
    ** Other tasks as actual requirements (5%)

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    <MUST>
    - At least 2 years of Marketing position involve defining, managing, and executing
    - Strong analytical, organizational skills, and communication skills (Prefer other skills such as MC, actors…)
    - Understanding of the digital disciplines (digital creative, platforms and operations, digital media, social media, and measurement)
    - Basically using design and create videos (Adobe family, Vivavideo; CapCut…)
    - Flexibility to manage multiple tasks, solve problems and schedule work effectively in Hikvision’s fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    - Ability to work with internal team members and outside partners.
    - Willing to learn and multi-tasks
    - English (Upper-inter) or Chinese (HSK5 up)
