    -Experience: 1 year or less of working experience in Vietnam
    - Japanese language skill: N1 level
    - Age: 25 years old or under (Under 30 years old for a candidate who stayed in Japan for long time
    - Character: good communication skill, logic thinking, eager to learn and challenge new things, bright and smiling
