    1. Manage progress of jobs, tasks assigned to juniors (4-5 juniors), and client deadlines
    2. Perform detailed review of client accounting and tax reports as prepared by juniors:
    - Review accounting entries and monthly accounting reports.
    - Review monthly payroll and other liability according to payroll such as SIHIUI.
    - Review tax declaration, including VAT, PIT, CIT and FCT.
    - Work with clients’ auditors and tax officers when needed.
    3. Communicate with clients during daily work, understand clients’ situations and give advice to clients’ operation issues.
    4. Work with clients’ auditors and tax officers when needed.
    5. Assist in spot services such as review and due diligence for M&A projects. (Mergers & Acquisitions )
    6. Managing 2- 4 junior staffs and report to Vietnamese Manager & Senior Japanese Manager.
    7. Provide coaching and instructions to juniors as necessary.
    8. Other tasks assigned by personnel at higher level.

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    {MUST}
    - Bachelor degree in accounting, auditing, finance, banking, commerce.
    - Age: 28-30
    - At least 2 years experience in senior capacity in service company about accountant and tax service.
    - Good tax knowledge and practical experience.
    - English: At least Intermedidate level.
    - Communication skills.
    - Problem solving skills.
    - Time management and team work.
    - Careful, responsible, hard-working.

    { PREFER}
    - Experience in Big4.
    - Prefer Female due to all members in accouting dept in Hanoi is female now.
    - CPA (or equivalent) qualifications (completed or pursuing) is an advantage
