    - Responsible for supporting Sales tasks related to Import/Export
    - Contact customers and suppliers to tell the schedule
    - Make, change and adjust important documents related to Import/Export
    - Confirm deposits/withdrawals and create B/L
    - Process orders via email or phone
    - Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
    - Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
    - Maintain and update sales and customer records
    - Communicate important feedback from customers internally

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    - 2 years experience as Sales Assistant related to Trade affairs (Import/Export) especially in Trading company
    - English: Upper-Intermediate
    - Personality: Positive. Proactive. Honest. Cheerful. High responsibility. Working under high pressure

    <Prefer>
    - Working experience in Japanese company
