    -Receive booking request from Client
    -Send booking list to Sea Export
    -Release booking confirmation to client
    -Update any changes on the schedule ( early or delay, roll over notice)
    -Submit SI, VGM. Send draft BL, insurance certificate to client
    -To be well Coordinated with both Client / OPS team to update timely any change of booking plane, booking status (Delay, cancel…) to make sure all are in same page.
    -Assisting/Responding to client in case of shortage equipment/ changed nominated empty depo as well as other inquires.
    Send weekly, monthly reports to OPM.

  • Yêu cầu

    【MUST】
    -At least 2 years of working experience in same position(Export with Sea)
    -English intermediate

    【Prefer】
    -Living in near working location
