    1. Manage automobile in south & north, administration groups
    2. Achieve monthly & annual sales target
    3. Set monthly & annual sales target by dealer and by sales staffs
    4. Make all dealers follow EBR ( Enquiry, booking & retail) management thoroughly
    5.Implement Dealer management system through whole Suzuki Automobile dealer network
    6. Educate staffs and dealer sales managers & staffs about soft skill of automobile sales regularly
    7. Report sales situation based on EBR by dealer, by region to BODs regularly"

    - English: Upper-intemideate (Toeic score 800 or higher)
    - MS office skill
    - Automobile sales experience more than 5 years
    - Management experience over 10 staffs more than 3 years
    - Management skill: time management, motivating staffs and dealers, communication with internal and external parties
