経理業務が8割、総務業務は2割の割合で責任をもって頂きます!
・ハノイに1名、ホーチミンに2名、経理以外もするローカルの総務スタッフのマネジメント
・現在すでにある管理のオペレーション業務を整えて頂きたい希望がございます
・総務のマネージャーはおらず、オペレーションだけ構築したもののまだまだ改善点がある中で経理業務を全て行って頂きます
・インフラやAI関係の営業がとってきた案件の請求書を発行したり、PLと照らし合わせて管理したり
・日本本社とのやり取りや、シンガポールの海外本社とのやり取り
・その他一般的な経理業務
・会社拡大のため経理部門強化により人材を募集中
【働く環境】
・オフィスはホーチミンで一番高いビルであるビテクスコタワーにての就業
・社員は全員で15名おり、アットホームな雰囲気になります。
・ホーチミンの1区は、商業にてかなり栄えており生活しやすい環境です
