    This position is newly established.
    Nowadays they are expanding their business in non-Japanese market(Western and Asia countries).
    Responsibility is acquiring new clients.


    - Expand the business in the Vietnamese market.
    - Find and Visit clients to get projects.
    - Search the situation of Market or info
    - Call clients and make appointments
    - Work with Japanese manager directory
    - Maintain relationship with clients
    - Make presentation for new clients
    - Attend conference or party to expand net work

    - Good English
    - Have experiences in any Sales for around 5 years(3~5years)
    - Strong sales skills in terms of acquiring new clients
    - Have work experience in a foreign company
    - Have experience in sales for foreigners

    - Have experiences in the same field(construction)
    - Have many connections
