    This company is a new set up company by a Corporation. It activities are similar to Home Credit/ FE Credit), will operate from Mid of March as expectation. Sp, they want to hire a Director to manage all activities and set up operation for the new company.

    Report direct o General Director (Japanese)

    - Organize all activities for new set up company (setting goal, standards for work, evaluate performance)
    - Develop strategic planning under direction of General Director
    - Expand the business
    - Make plan for recruitment, HR, finance, accounting and staff to implement the plan
    - Make Marketing plan, business plan monthly, quarterly, yearly

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    * Must have:
    - Age: from 30 years old
    - Gender: Male/Female
    - Language: Good spoken and written English b/c need to work with foreign customers and report to General Director (Japanese)
    - Experience: at least 3 year experience at the same position (Director of a company)
    - Experience in Marketing strategic, Business strategic, HR strategic
    - Has experience set up new companies or start-up companies

    * PLUS
    - Working experience in finance company
