    For a newly established role, they are looking for a Digital Creative Director. The envisioned role requires an individual who, besides understanding the thinking and motivation of their audience, is able to bring their client’s stories to life. The individual needs to be a creative thinker who can conceptualize and articulate their creative vision to their clients.

    As a Digital Creative Director, you will be working with major domestic and global clients. For these clients, you will plan and execute their online advertising creative direction. In order to execute your creative plan, this role requires you to be able to plan and work with freelance designers. You will also be working closely with multiple teams, such as sales and operation teams, to ensure the highest possible performance for our clients.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO?
     Create & plan concepts and campaigns for clients based on solid strategic thought process
     Be able to properly articulate your creative vision in proposals.
     To brainstorm and work together with various teams and designers to develop ideas and concepts for creative campaigns, social media and other digital platforms.
     Together with these teams, translate these new creative messages into their advertising campaigns.
     Adapt client’s contents and ideas into creative concepts for their advertising campaigns.
     Be able to understand the target audience of each client and create a creative strategy that goes beyond advertising (for example social media, PR etc).

    ●Education
    - A Diploma or Degree in Design/Creative/Mass Communications/Advertising/PR or related field.
    ●Language
    - Upper-Intermediate level of English: for company communication and some global clients
    ●Experience
    - Around 5 years of work experience in the creative field with relevant exposure.
    ●Skill
    - Good understanding and knowledge of the digital ecosystem.
    - Proven ability in being creative and thinking digitally.
