  • Job Description

    - Being in charge of a team (4-5 people) who handle the delivery of audit related tasks.
    - Allocating tasks and workload to team members, scheduling tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
    - Reviewing the work done by team members.
    - Being responsible for coaching and training team members.
    - Communicating effectively with clients.
    - Being responsible for the management of team projects without any delay or postpone.
    - Reporting directly and frequently to Japanese managers about the working progress or any issues with clients.
    - Carrying out any other tasks required by the Japanese manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - University graduate major in Accounting or Auditing.
    - Having CPA Auditing (chứng chỉ hành nghề kiểm toán)
    - Having experience working in Big 4 companies or foreign audit companies is a plus.
    - Working well with MS (particularly Excel)
    - Team management experience preferable.
    - Well communicating in English (TOEIC 650 or above)
