  • Job Description

    - Monitor & maintain Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) uptime.
    - Windows Server hardware / software troubleshoot and support.
    - HP- UX, Linux Server hardware/ software troubleshoot and support.
    - Ensure the Antivirus up to date and apply to all PC client.
    - Ensure all Server and PC is updated with latest Windows Update from Microsoft.
    - Manage security settings to help in securing the PC
    - Provide users Computer and Network support, PC setup and configuration
    - Computer & Printer Hardware Service support and troubleshooting
    - Control spare part Inventory for all PC's and printer's hardware. .
    - Ensure the availability of the Database [ Oracle 11g, SQL server, …].
    - Discuss with users on the system development requirement.
    - Prepare functional specification - process flow, screen design, schedule.
    - Prepare technical specification - data flow, table design, program/web screen required list.

    - Carry out and follow up on system development.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Management of Information System or related fields.
    - Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English with logic thinking
    - Very good computer skills in one of the following sector:
    * Infrastructure:
    + Minimum 3 years in Infrastructure & IT administrator and IT Helpdesk support
    + Basic knowledge about LAN, WAN, Firewall, NT Server, HP-UX, Linux, Antivirus system, Computer system, Printer - Photo machine, LAN cabling, setting scanner.
    * System develop: Basic knowledge about system analysis, system design screen, DB design for system, programming on language [C/C++, C#, ASP.net, …],
    - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in multiple assignments
    - Able to work with minimal supervision
    - Have knowledge about production system or operation management will be advantage
    - Prefer to work at Hung Yen factory ( TLIP2 , Pho Noi, Hung Yen)
    - New graduate with high motivation is acceptable
