    ■Process management+Quality management
    - Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
    - Estimate costs and prepare budgets
    - Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
    - Monitor production to resolve issues
    - Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
    - Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
    - Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
    - Ensure output meets quality standards
    - Enforce health and safety precautions
    - Report to Japanese manager
    - Management of worker. And communicate with workers.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ※Education doesn't matter (high school graduate OK)
    - If you are graduated from high school, need experience of management at least 5 years.

    <MUST>
    - Willing to work in factory
    - Experience of Manufacturing practice using hands, processing and creating products(not just a operating experience)
    - Japanese; N3 advance
    - Experience of management (only leader level is OK) at least 2 years

    <Prefer>
    - Experience of welding(Tungsten Inert Gas(TIG) welding is the best)
    - Experience of working in Japanese factory in Vietnam
