  【Job Summary】
  We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Site Staff member to join our growing team in Vietnam. This position plays a critical role in managing on-site construction activities for industrial projects such as factories and warehouses, primarily in the southern region near Ho Chi Minh City.
  
  The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Working closely with both local staff and expatriate management, the role requires strong coordination skills, hands-on involvement in daily site operations, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.

  -Manage daily operations at construction sites (factories and warehouses).
  -Supervise contractors and ensure work progresses according to schedule.
  -Monitor construction quality and compliance with technical specifications.
  -Enforce safety regulations and ensure proper implementation on site.
  -Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
  -Prepare and submit site reports and progress updates.
  -Identify risks and issues, and propose effective solutions.
  -Support project completion and handover processes.
  -Assist in cost control and schedule management.
  -Communicate effectively with expatriate managers in English or Japanese.
  -Other related tasks.
