  - Manage and oversee quality control processes for suppliers
  - Handle quality assurance operations for Chinese suppliers
  - Monitor and maintain product quality standards
  - Going to business trip(Bac Ninh / Hai Phong – frequent travel required)
  - Communicate and coordinate with suppliers in Chinese
  - Review and interpret technical drawings/designs
  - Conduct on-site inspections and audits at supplier factories
  - Report quality issues and propose improvement plans
  - Other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.
