<Job summary>
You will be in charge of accounting, general administration, sales support, and customs clearance tasks at our Hanoi office.
While our core accounting functions are currently outsourced to an external professional firm, you will serve as the essential internal window and main person in charge, managing day-to-day data and coordinating with the agency to ensure smooth back-office operations.
<Detail>
1. Internal Accounting & Admin Support
- Manage daily internal accounting tasks (sorting vouchers, petty cash management, invoice verification, etc.).
- Act as the primary point of contact for the external accounting outsourcing vendor, preparing and providing necessary financial data.
- Track and manage schedules for monthly and annual financial closing.
- Handle accounts receivable/payable, issuing invoices, and confirming payments.
2. Sales Support & Customs Clearance
- Prepare sales-related documents such as quotations, order receipts, and support sales team members.
- Create and verify import/export documentation for machinery and parts (Invoices, Packing Lists, etc.).
- Coordinate and negotiate with forwarders and customs brokers to manage delivery schedules.
3. General Affairs
- Manage office equipment, supplies, and facility maintenance.
- File and maintain various corporate contracts and official documents.
- Handle other administrative and back-office tasks as assigned by the manager.

- Bachelor's degree
- Japanese: N2 Intermediate level or higher
- 2 years of experience in Sales Admin, inport/export admin, and accounting.
