    This company is a Japanese global entity that manages diverse operations across the APAC region from its central hub in Ho Chi Minh City. We are seeking a versatile corporate professional to handle a wide range of administrative and human resource functions. The role involves ensuring smooth daily operations while bridging communication between local staff and international stakeholders in Japan and other regional offices.

    The ideal candidate will be a trilingual professional with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility. You will start by stabilizing core administrative tasks and gradually take on more complex duties such as recruitment strategy, or internal rule development. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow into a senior corporate specialist within a dynamic and cross-cultural environment.

    【Job Detail】
    - Manage daily accounting data, including invoices, vouchers, and bank transfers.
    - Coordinate with external accountants for monthly/yearly closing and tax filing.
    - Support recruitment processes, from job postings and agent coordination to interview scheduling.
    - Administer labor contracts, social insurance, and attendance records for local staff.
    - Manage company contracts, internal applications, and official document storage.
    - Oversee office facilities, supplies, and general administrative services.
    - Act as the primary contact for coordination with Japan HQ and APAC regional offices.
    - Prepare reports, meeting materials, and documentation in Japanese, English, and Vietnamese.
    - Support the acquisition and renewal of Work Permits, Visas, and TRCs for expatriates.
    - Perform other related tasks to support the corporate division's operations.

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    - Bachelor
    - English: Conversational ~ Intermediate level
    - N2 Intermediate level
    - Have 5 years experience as HR cum admin.
    - Proficient in basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to meet strict deadlines.
    - Flexible, proactive, open mind to bridge Vietnamese and other nationality.

    【Advantage】
    - Experience managing employee evaluations, onboarding, or labor relations.
    - Familiarity with ERP systems, accounting software, or cloud-based file management.
    - Experience handling foreigner-related administrative procedures (Visa, WP).
    - Worked at Start up phase company.
    - Legal knowledge
