  <Job summary>
  - This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end factory operations, ensuring production efficiency, product quality, cost control, and compliance with safety and labor standards. The Factory Manager will play a critical leadership role in driving stable production performance while continuously improving operational processes.
  
  <Job Description>
  - Oversee daily factory operations, including production, quality, engineering, and maintenance functions.
  - Ensure production targets, delivery schedules, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
  - Manage and optimize production planning, line efficiency, manpower allocation, and workflow.
  - Monitor factory KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, defect rates, and on-time delivery.
  - Lead, develop, and motivate department managers, supervisors, and line leaders.
  - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and control costs.
  - Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and workplace safety standards.
  - Coordinate with headquarters and relevant stakeholders on production performance and operational issues.
  - Support new style introduction, capacity planning, and production ramp-up activities.
  - Address operational problems promptly and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese manager.
