    - Responsible for Finance and accounting of Vietnam entities
    - Ensuring accurate financial operations and reports, at country/consolidate level
    - Provide guidance on accounting treatment and monitor its compliance.
    - Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
    - Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to support the company's strategic goals and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and business objectives.
    - Partners with business leaders by identifying and communicating opportunities and risks within the
    business.
    - Other financial analysis assignments.

  • 応募条件

    {MUST}
    - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    - English: At least Upper - Intermediate level (Good interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English, and the ability to work effectively across different levels and functions in a multicultural environment)
    - Minimum 5 years of accounting financial and analyst in FDI companies, prefer from MNC
    environment
    - Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, financial regulations, and applicable tax regulations.
    - Knowledge of accounting systems (e.g. SAP B1, Million, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
    - Strong internal control experience.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
    - Ability to question and challenge constructively.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
    - Good attitude, teamwork, and coordination skills.
