*** Vai trò (Tóm tắt):Nhân viên Kiểm tra Chất lượng (QC Inspector – ngành giày dép, Hà Nam)Tóm tắt công việcNhân viên QC chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo chất lượng, tính toàn vẹn và tuân thủ của các sản phẩm giày dép của Công ty được sản xuất và xuất xưởng từ các nhà máy đối tác. Công việc bao gồm kiểm tra và đánh giá nguyên vật liệu đầu vào, xem xét kết quả thử nghiệm phòng thí nghiệm FST, giám sát tuân thủ RS và ESC, thực hiện kiểm tra an ninh sản phẩm, cùng với kiểm tra trong quá trình sản xuất và kiểm tra thành phẩm cuối cùng.Nhân viên QC cũng có nhiệm vụ theo dõi tiến độ sản xuất so với kế hoạch xuất xưởng (ex-factory) nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm và thời hạn giao hàng.________________________________________Nhiệm vụ chính– Kiểm tra thành phẩm (Final Inspection)– Kiểm soát quy trình và nguyên vật liệu (Process & Material Control)- Giám sát sản xuất (Production Monitoring)– Phối hợp sản xuất (Production Coordination)– Cải tiến chất lượng và năng suất (Quality & Productivity Improvement)– Giám sát thử nghiệm và tuân thủ (Lab & Compliance Monitoring)– Tuân thủ ESC (ESC Compliance)– An ninh sản phẩm & công việc khác (Product Security & Other Tasks)Hỗ trợ giám sát tuân thủ an ninh sản phẩm khi có yêu cầu và thực hiện các công việc khác liên quan đến kiểm soát chất lượng theo chỉ đạo của cấp trên.
